Susan has over 30 years of healthcare experience, including leadership positions with large publicly traded organizations as well as startup businesses including: Viant, Beech Street, Health Net Dental & Vision, ReadyScript, and Health Connections. Her areas of expertise include: account management, network development, customer service, call center operations, product management, and premium billing management. She holds a BA in International Relations from The University of Redlands as well as an MBA and a Doctorate in Organizational Change from Pepperdine University.  Her doctoral dissertation provided cutting-edge research on the ability of healthcare payment organizations to adapt to revolutionary change. Her business and academic backgrounds offer the unique ability to analyze problems and develop solutions from both a practical and theoretical foundation. Susan also serves as an adjunct professor at The University of LaVerne where she has taught leadership, health care ethics, and organizational theory.​

​Mike has over 20 years of healthcare experience including: sales management, business development, provider network optimization, and product development.  He has held leadership roles with First Health, Viant, Caremark, and Concentra.  While working at Caremark, Mike was involved in the acquisition and integration activities involved in the company’s entry into the retail pharmacy POS network business.  He was instrumental in the start-up of two RX specialty companies by developing their network and enabling in-office dispensing for doctors.  While at Viant, he led the Western Region sales and account management organization, which produced annual revenue in excess of $75 million.  He holds his BS from Illinois State in Public Relations and Sociology.
